Rusiru Dilshan is a director, music business counselor, artist and channel manager, and social media consultant from Sri Lanka. His work connects cinematic direction with clear business systems for artists, producers, music channels and brands.
He has worked with over 30 artists and producers in Sri Lanka, supporting music releases, artist positioning, content strategy, social media growth and channel management. His current highlight is serving as Music Business Counselor and Social Media Consultant for the legendary band The Gypsies.
Across Sri Lanka and Dubai-focused brand projects, Rusiru builds premium visual identity, structured content calendars, campaign direction and practical digital execution that helps creative talent move with clarity.
